Lestrallio
Lestrallio was a Chaplain in the Blood Angels Chapter.[1b]
History
He designed the Tablet of Lestrallio[1b], which restrains Space Marines of Blood Angel descent who enter the Black Rage.[1a] The Chaplain also created the Lestrallio Procedure, which encourages restrained members of the Death Company to describe the visions the Black Rage grants them. The Blood Angels have learned invaluable data of how the condition afflicts their Chapter, through the use of the Procedure, but it always ends in death for the Death Company member. This is what happened to Lestrallio himself,[2] after he entered the Black Rage and later died while strapped to the very Tablet the Chaplain designed.[1b]
