The Mark of the Terminus Est is an outbreak of bony and mutated growths, that sprout on the Death Guard who have spent long periods aboard the Terminus Est.^[1]

While the Harbingers proclaim that those that bear the Mark are blessed by the great ship, others within the Death Guard doubt this is true. Yet the increased strength and resilience shown by those who bear the Mark of the Terminus Est can not be refuted.^[1]
