Mercurian Swamp Orchid

The Mercurian Swamp Orchid is a rare plant found in the Sol system, presumably on Mercury.^[1]

Through a secret process known only to certain departments of the Inquisition, the Orchid's first blooms produce a chemical which can be refined into a toxin that can paralyze Space Marines. It does so, ironically, through hyper-stimulation of the Marine's organs that are designed to neutralize poisons (either the Preomnor or the Oolitic Kidney, or both).^[1]
