Plasma Reactor
Plasma Reactors are a power-generation technology used across the Imperium. Their fuel, super-energised plasma, is a thousand times more powerful than conventional nuclear fuel on a ton-for-ton basis.[2]
Plasma Reactors are commonly seen on Imperial warships[1] and space stations[4], but also are used on Dreadknights[8], Titans[3], Super-Heavy vehicles such as a Capitol Imperialis[9], Torpedoes[5], Defense Lasers[6], and to power entire facilities or cities[7]. They are also used by the Leagues of Votann.[11]
If Plasma Reactors or damaged or destroyed, there can be a catastrophic meltdown that results in a massive explosion.[10]
