Cadet Commissar Rybakov^[1]

Rybakov is a Cadet Commissar, who is taking part in the Sump Wars. There, he commands a squad of neophyte Tempestus Scions and they are gaining field experience, under the tutelage of veteran Tempestor Krill Rudin.^[1]
