Segestus is a Black Templars Reclusiarch, who commands the Chapter's Lastrati Crusade.[1]
Trivia
Segestus and the Lastrati Crusade were created by the Games Workshop employee Matt Hutson and they were featured in White Dwarf 312 (UK).[1]
