Sahtah the Enfleshed is described as a considerably larger version of a standard flayed one. Sergeant Scipio describes him as, "It was massive, a hulking monster of a necron. Judging by its size and strength behind its blades, Scipio reasoned it probably weighed more than him and Largo combined"[pg199-200]. He was defeated by Cheif Librarian Tigurious, while attempting to confront the surviving party of Damnos human guerrilla fighters and ultramarine tactical squad Vorolanus, with a powerful warp lighting attack. He is assumed to be permanently dead as he has not shown up again since his death.
