The Valoris Imperator.
This solid gold Medal is given to Veterans who have served for more than 20 years in active service for the Imperial Guard. It is also awarded posthumously to Veterans who died in an unpleasant/horrific and yet Heroic way. It is also awarded to active Veterans who have survived an unimaginable scenario in where they came close to death.
The back of the Medal reads "Imperator Gratia!" which means "The Emperor Thanks You!".
