The Splinter Rifle is the standard weapon of choice for the Dark Eldar forces. It launches shards of a crystal at high speeds and even the smallest graze can cause immense pain. It is carred by the standard Dark Eldar Warrior Squads and can cause devistating damage. It is also often armed with a wickidly sharp blade.
