The Haywire Launcher is an Eldar weapon that is often wielded by Shadow Spectre Exarchs. The weapon is essentially a Haywire Grenade launcher and with its Haywire warhead is capable of creating a powerful electro-magnetic pulse that overloads the computerized systems of enemy vehicles and armored suits, disabling them.[1]
