The Blighted Power Armour is a suit of Power armour belonging to the Blood Ravens chapter. After the exterminatus of Cyrene, a piece of the planet's crust was incorporated into the shoulder plate, as a reminder that no world is safe and eternal vigilance is needed. Blood Ravens view the act of wearing this suit as penance for their transgressions.[1]
