Tetchvar is a Chaos Champion and Cultist leader. Once a Commissar of a newly raised Procel Regiment, in desperation and madness Tetchvar threw open the gates to a besieged fortress he was stationed at, inviting the attackers in. As a reward he was spared by the Chaos invaders, but his stormcoat was permanently stitched into his flesh as an eternal reminder of his past treachery.[1]
