Mulcebar is Captain of the Salamanders 5th Company. Mulcebar is known for having traditionalist views on psykers. He is also a historian and still speaks of the ten thousand year old Edict of Nikea, although it is ignored by most Chapters Mulcebar believes its beliefs should be remembered.
