Sebastian Winterscale was a Rogue Trader who founded House Winterscale and established the Koronus Expanse's Winterscale's Realm, between 188 to 274.M41.[1]
History
He was cunning and able, and also rumored to be the unwanted son of the Ophidian Sector's ruling families. If true, this earned Sebastian a Warrant of Trade and with it, the Rogue Trader began to systematically establish and dominate the interstellar Winterscale's Realm. His House still rules the Realm to this day.[1]
