The Ridaeg System is a star system of Imperial space located in the Segmentum Obscurus.[1a][1b]
During the Nachmund Rift War, 95% of the Ridaeg System's Astra Militarum defenders were transferred to the Coryxx System to shore up the defences of the Sanctus Wall. This left the system extremely vulnerable to attack and, mere days later, the orks of Waaagh! Guzkrog invaded.[1a]
