Berien is a Necron Tomb World.[1]
Berien was considered a Dead World, when Magos Equiline led an Explorator team to explore ancient tomb complexes located on its surface. When the Explorator team entered the tombs however, they were attacked and destroyed by an overwhelming number of Necrons.[1]
