Maletek

Maletek is a Mechanicum term,[1] indicating a technology of some disrepute.[1][2]
Its transgression varies from being considered physically hazardous[1] to simple blasphemy.[2] While the term is often connected with tech-heresy, and much of maletek seems to originate from hereteks,[1][2] it isn't immanently connected as it may apply as well to ignorant and dangerous misapplication of technology within certain devices, whether by human or xeno error.[2]
