The Burden of Duty was a Gloriana Class Battleship of the Imperial Fists during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.^[1a]

During the Heresy, she led the fleet taking part in the 2nd loyalist assault on Cthonia, engaging a much larger traitor armada.^[1a] Its status after the battle is unknown.
