The Dragon Warriors are a Chaos Space Marine warband. They specialise in short-range firefights, preferring the use of Melta and Flame Weapons.^[1] They are among the archenemies of the Salamanders, and have attempted to attack their homeworld in the past.^[2][4]

• Assault on Moribar (M41) - The Salamanders 3rd Company under Captain Ko'tan Kadai battle Val'tan Ushorak on the Cemetery World of Moribar. Ushorak is slain during the attempt to access the fire-vaults beneath the planet, and Nihilan takes command of the warband afterwards.^[3a]
• Stratos Campaign (M41) - The Dragon Warriors under Nihilan instigate a Chaos Cultist uprising on the Mining World of Stratos.^[3a]
• Defense of Nocturne (975.M41) - Unsuccessful attempt by Nihilan and allied Iron Warriors to raid the Salamanders homeworld of Nocturne.^[3c]
