Chaff Launcher[2]
Chaff Launchers or Decoy Flare Launchers are a type of countermeasures systems on certain Imperial aircraft and vessels.[1]
These devices launch heat-emitting flares or chaff in order confuse incoming fire. It uses so much material, however, that there is only enough on board for one shot.[1]
