Summary
Background
The warband known Oracles of Change are led by the Sorcerer Lord Amadeus Volkstein. Volkstein was formerly an Epistolary by the name of Vanneus. The Oracles of Change are rare amongst renegade chapters as they do not particulary hate the Imperium. Instead they despise primitive and over destructive races such as the Orks and Tyranids and wish to obliterate every follower of Nurgle in the galaxy. The Oracles are also unique in that they admire the Tau Empire and their ever progressing style but nonethless would ike to bring them down because of their dealings with the brutish Kroot.
