Cuttlefish

The Cuttlefish is an aquatic vessel of the Tau Empire. Though sometimes referred to by their passengers as boats, they are actually a form of skimmer, held slightly above the water’s surface by whirring anti-grav rotors. They were supplied to the pro-T'au Wintertide Concordance insurgency on Phaedra during their conflict with the Imperium of Man.^[1]
