Samothar is an Imperial tribal world in the Halo Zone, which is also the Homeworld of the Illuminators Chapter.^[1]

History

Its population worships the Emperor as a sun god and have greatly influenced the Illuminators' culture. This is reflected in how the Chapter seeks to bring the Imperium's light to the Halo Zone and the furthest reaches of the galaxy.^[1]
