The Bar-El Penal Legions are Imperial Guard Penal Legion units from the Agripinaa Sector.
Overview
The Bar-El Penal Legions are made up of the criminals of the Bar-El and other systems and fight under standard Imperial Guard methods, although with higher security, and they are often seen as expendable.[1] They are similarly armed although have less overall standardisation than most other legions.
