Claw of the Stygian Count is a relic of the Night Lords.^[1]

This Lightning Claw has spilt the blood of thousands of victims, since its creation for the infamous Chaos Champion known as the Stygian Count. When plunged into flesh, the nano-barbs slide out of each of the weapon's claws, tearing open wounds when yanked out.^[1]
