Coran Celcius Historicus

Coran Celcius Historicus was an Explorator of the Administratum who had been granted access to the Forbidden Vault by the High Lords of Terra. He would write about the vault and his experience there in his diary, however this diary entry would later be used as evidence after he was charged (and summarily judged guilty) of heresy. He was awaiting trial as of 0725998.M41.^[1]

• Notably, Historicus has already been judged guilty yet was still awaiting trial in M41. The purpose of the actual trial is not clear. It may be the legal system operates under a "guilty until proven innocent" principle, or simply a formality to confirm his guilty.
  • The quotes "Nobody is innocent, there are merely varying levels of guilt"^[2b] and "Innocence proves nothing"^[2a] may potentially be appropriate here.
