Dirgeheart of Kharis
The Dirgeheart of Kharis are a unique Tyranid Biomorph.[1]
First documented during the fall of the Cardinal World of Kharis, this chitin-shelled organism embeds itself deep into the thorax of its host and emits a psionic note that rises to an unbearable howl in the minds of those nearest. Those effected will be sent reeling back and gibbering in terror as their deepest fear responses are triggered.[1]
