Enoch is an Imperium Shrine World, that contains vast numbers of shrines devoted to the Emperor and is home to the Adepta Sororitas Order of the Sanctified Shield.[1]
Enoch also contains the St. Deploratus' Sanitarium, which has the best healing facilitates located in the Gilead System. Sisters Hospitaller, who are peripherally associated with the Sanctified Shield, maintain the Sanitarium.[1]
