Eskeen Hansaard
Eskeen Hansaard was the Minister of Security of Urbitane, a city on the planet Sameter. He lived and served in the early 41st millennium.[1]
In 241.M41 a series of ritual killings were committed in Urbitane, leading Hansaard to believe that an heretical cult was active on Sameter. Believing the situation to be beyond the capability of the city's Arbites garrison, Hansaard sought the assistance of the Inquisition; this came in the form of Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn, who was present in Urbitane following a lead on an unrelated case. On seeing the evidence that Hansaard and the Arbites had gathered, Eisenhorn agreed to remain on Sameter and support the investigation.[1]
