Eyes of the Witch were devices placed at the heart of the Talismans of Vaul by the Eldar crone goddess of secret knowledge, Morai-Heg, which would allow the souls of Seers who perished in the War in Heaven, already enmeshed in the Talismans by Vaul, to channel incredible amounts of energy from the Immaterium into the Yngir and banish the C'tan forever.^[1]
