File:Red Order - Order of Blindness.png
Summary
The symbol for the Thousand Sons "Order of Blindness," sourced from a scan of the 30k Legion Transfer sheet:
This A4-sized sheet contains ... a variety of decorative insignias, honours, large vehicle badges, and banner art for your Thousand Sons army – including Achean Scarab emblems, Prosperine hieroglyphs that communicate the status of each individual Astartes, and occultic symbols for the three Red Orders.
Now: there is no written source I can find anywhere that explicitly states this hawk was the symbol of the Order of Blindness. However, there is significant evidence that this hawk is their symbol. - Magistus Amon, who led the Order of Blindness, uniquely had a bird wing on his pauldron - Hawks are a common symbol for scouts and spies, which was the Order of Blindness speciality - The Hawk symbol appears on the transfer sheet right next to the Jackal of the Order of the Jackal and the serpent of the Order of Ruin - We know what all of the other symbols on the transfer sheets are: the serpentine sun, the Achean Scarab, and Prosperine Script. We are told the symbols for the three Red Orders are on this transfer sheet, so through the process of elimination the Order of Blindness symbol *must* be the hawk
