The Fourth Horseman was a Death Guard Legion Attack Barque^[1], active during the Great Crusade.^[1][2] It was a large craft, configured as a ramship for orbital descent attacks.^[2]

Under the command of the Primarch Mortarion, it struck the blow that brought an end to the Conquest of Galaspar and later performed an Exterminatus on Absyrtus.^[1]
