Kamiel (Battleship)
The Kamiel was a Battleship in service with the Word Bearers Legion during the Horus Heresy[1][2]
History
It took part in the Battle of Calth, engaging Loyalist vessels in the initial betrayal.[1][2]
Later on, the ship appeared in the Cassik System and was targeted by the Raven Guard forces under the command of Primarch Corax. Due to the severe damage the vessel had sustained, the ship was unable to flee via Warp and was ultimately caught and boarded.[3]
Conflicting sources
In the novel Know No Fear the Kamiel is described as a Battleship[2], while in Corax: Soulforge the ship is portrayed as a Strike Cruiser.[3]
