Kasmoteph the Silent is a Necron Chronomancer of the Nekthyst Dynasty.[2a]

History

Kasmoteph used scanners he designed himself to discover the trace of a powerful relic[2b] aboard the Savant, an Adeptus Mechanicus vessel.[1a] Not wanting his lord Nekhtoshar the Immeasurable to take credit for securing the prize, Kasmoteph prepared a retinue consisting of Immortals, Canoptek Wraiths, Deathmarks and Warriors, and proceeded to raid the vessel without his lord's consent.[2a]

He used chronomancy to cripple the ship without harming the precious contents within[2b], allowing his forces to board and easily deal with the resistance.[1b][2d][3a] Initially, Kasmoteph gloated as his plan unfolded successfully[2a][2c], but he would later realize he underestimated the relic's power.[2d] When Magos Technicus Tathyk Shon sought to activate it,[3b][3c] Kasmoteph unleashed his chrono-immaterial powers.[3c][3d] His attempt was disrupted by a malevolent sentience, and locked the entire raid in a temporal loop.[3d]

Wargear

Kasmoteph the Silent wields an aeonstave, a powerful weapon used to manipulate time itself.[3b]
