Anvirr Keltoc is a Farseer from Craftworld Saim-Hann.[1]
History

He foretold of disaster for the Eldar Race unless the Chaos Cult leader Vannadan was killed on the world of Vigilus. Keltoc led a force including Autarch Rhyloor and Qelanaris to the planet.[1]
Though initially an opponent of Imperial forces on Vigilus, Keltoc eventually agreed to an alliance with Marneus Calgar due to the threat posed by Chaos forces invading the planet. The alliance was cemented with the agreed upon deaths of Rhyloor's killers. Keltoc provided the stealth vessel Vaul's Ghost and coordinated it in the crippling of the Vengeful Spirit.[2]
