Palanite Companion^[1]

Palanite Companions are the elite Enforcers of the spire, chosen from the most loyal members of Lord Helmawr’s Palanite battalions. They undergo extensive psycho-conditioning to ensure their sole purpose is to protect those of Helmawr blood or individuals deemed important by House nobility. Named for their constant proximity to their masters, Palanite Companions rarely leave their side. Lord Helmawr’s personal retinue, for instance, is always within a few strides of him and never out of his sight.^[1]

Palatine Companions are armed with disintegration guns.^[2]
