Phlegethon was a Hive World of the Imperium located in the Caïna Sector. It was known for being surrounded by a cluster of thousands of small moons whereas mining operations took place.[1a]
It is there that the Red Prophet was reborn which caused the entire population to turn wrathful[1a], and later on was sacrificed to Khorne with the assistance of the Blood Disciples and turned into a Goreworld.[1b]
