Phoebian Accord
The Phoebian Accord was a 797.M30 diplomatic agreement between the Emperor and the Tech-Enclaves of Phoebe.[1a]
Description
Its terms were separate from the Mechanicum's Treaty of Olympus and ensured the Tech-Enclaves kept their independence, while also placing them under the Emperor's direct protection. In return, the Enclaves had to pay the Emperor a tithe,[1a] called the Writ of Procurement,[1c] in order for the Phoebian Accord to last.[1a] As part of this, He charged the Tech-Enclaves with creating[1a] and maintaining the Saturnine Terminator Armour for the Space Marine Legions, as they fought in the Great Crusade.[1b] The Tech-Enclaves also had to give the Emperor every invention they created in the future. Any defiance of this, would dissolve the Accord and remove the Enclaves from the Emperor's protection.[1c]
