Sandrine Icaro
Sandrine Icaro was an officer of the Imperial Army during the Horus Heresy.[1a]
During the Siege of Terra, she served as second to Mistress Tacticae Katarin Elg. After Elg's death during the fall of Bhab Bastion, Icaro took over her duties.[1a] She later met with Departmento Munitorum officer Ilya Ravallion and together they ordered the White Scars to cease firing on the Vengeful Spirit from the Lion's Gate Spaceport during the Emperor's teleportation assault on the traitor flagship.[1b]
Icaro, still overseeing duties alongside Ilya and Gallent Sidozie inside the Tower of Hegemon, observed the reactivation of the Astronomican.[2]
