Seal of Reconquest

Seals of Reconquest are precious seals worn by Reclamation Force Space Marines (from either the Ultramarines or one of the Shield Chapters of Ultramar), that are manufactured on the Forge World Konor. They contain micro shield generators in order to safeguard the Seals' wearers, though the generators are swift to exhaust their charges.[1]
