Spire-convents are fortified keeps, that serve as headquarters for most of the reestablished Sisters of Silence's Vigils.[1]
History
No two are alike and will differ due to the size, history, needs and preferences of the Vigils that use them. Those that do not make use of Spire-convents are known as Fleet-Based Vigils.[1]
