Tek
Teks are the common foot soldiers of House Van Saar of Necromunda.[1]
Despite their humble status, Teks are technological geniuses and augmented cyber-warriors, often being better trained and equipped than their rivals from other gangs. The armour built into their survival suit allows for the wielding of high-grade energy weapons.[1]
Tek Hunters
Tek Hunters are Tek specialists who House Van Saar gives access to additional guns and equipment. Some are charged with entering the forbidden ruins of Hive Secundus to recover any treasures they can find for their House[2] and they are the most common expeditioners found there. These explorers are experts in the fields of Augurtek, Bioteknist, Gunntek, or Teknomat and are given access to House Van Saar's advanced weapons and equipment.[3] However, Secundus is infested by the Cult of the Second Son Genestealer Cult and its Malstrain Genestealers. In order to succeed in their mission to plunder Secundus, Tek Hunters will ally with groups of Spyre Hunters, who seek to kill the Genestealers in order to prove their worth to their Noble Houses.[2]
