Vectored Engine
From Warhammer 40k - Lexicanum
(Redirected from Vectored Engines)
A Vectored Engine is a modification to the engines of Eldar grav-vehicles. It comprises a highly advanced system of vectored control planes[2] which allows the vehicle to make sharp turns and corners, manoeuvrability which other races can only dream about.[1] This enhancement makes it easy to steer around dangerous obstacles,[1] move through light terrain, and allows the occupants to swing their weapons to bear on many targets.[2]
Often, vehicles with Vectored Engines have refitted cockpits and so that the crew can cope with the excessive G-forces they can cause.[2]
