The Codicium Aeternum is an Imperial tome in which the Inquisition attempted to store a full and faithful account of the deaths of Daemons and Prodigies of the Lords of Darkness. It also contains the explanations of the demon's banishment and manifestation. It is the only known record of the thousands of Daemons that the Grey Knights and the Inquisition have banished.
Notable Appearances
The Codicium was thought to be lost for decades in the libraries on Tethys. It had been in truth stolen by rogue Inquisitor Gholic Ren-Sar Valinov. It was confiscated after he was taken into custody. The Codicium led Inquisitor Ligea and Justicar Alaric to the Trail of Saint Evisser and the Daemon Ghargatuloth.1
