The Terran Praefects are Imperial Guard Regiments.^[1]

Known Regiments

• 4th Terran Praefects - Among the Imperium's forces fighting rebels on Belisarius. This is the Regiment's fifth campaign since its founding.^[2]
• 5th Armoured Terran Praefects - Destroyed in 739.M35 by the Daemon Prince Periclitor.^[1]
