First Dorean Crusade
The First Dorean Crusade was a Imperial Crusade that tried to liberate the Dorean System and surrounding areas from the rule of the Archenemy.[1]
History
Soon after the opening of the Great Rift and with the Imperium still reeling under the Noctis Aeterna, there were a major effort by the Imperium to liberate the Dorean System from Chaos. The Crusade host was made up by various Imperial elements but most notably the Black Templars. The First Dorean Crusade ended with a Imperial defeat and led to a new attempt in the Second Dorean Crusade more than two hundred years later.[1]
