History
After being made aware of the presence of a Genestealer Cult, the Ultramarines 4th Company went into the Hive City of Chanchados to destroy it. Near the end of the battle, Ancient Cessio managed to kill the cult's Patriarch, but was in turn slain by its physical and psychic attacks.[1]
