Shale Gamma is an Imperial world.[1]
At the time of the Great Crusade, the world contained a region known as the Rust Spoils. It was highly dangerous, as the region contained deadly crevasses, toxic snowfall and Bone-spiders. The Raven Guard Acronis was born in the Spoils and survived there on his own, until he was recruited by the Legion.[1]
