Melusine
Melusine was one of Fabius Bile's earliest creations.[1]
Melusine is known as the first and greatest of the vat-born, created from multiple genetic templates before Fabius' experiments on the cloned Warmaster Horus.[1] Her creation terrified Fulgrim so much that he snatched her away and brought her into the Warp with him. On Callax, Melusine was forced to dance endlessly, lest she be devoured by Daemons. When she finally was forced to cease her dance, Fulgrim unexpectedly saved her.[2] Since then, she has been corrupted into a form of Daemon Prince and appears to Bile and his servants in their dreams and visions in order to save Bile.[3] She has been granted free will to do what ever she wants by Slaanesh and as well as all of Bile's other creations due to him sacrificing his soul and making creations for Chaos.[2a] She has saved Igori, her vat born sibling, from the hands of the Drukhari and asked to possess her in order to save her and now they are in a symbiotic relationship together. [2b] She ultimately saved Fabius Bile, her father, from a Keeper of Secrets called Kanathara.[2b] Now since she has free will she can stay by Bile's side forever like she always wanted. Everything she ever does is for Bile's love.[2c]
