Tharg is an Inquisitor who acquired his reputation due to the wholesale slaughter of inhabitants of Takkack. He had a bionic eye with which it was said he could penetrate one's brain and he counted everyone who upset him as 'obviously a dangerous, latent psyker in need of cleansing'.[1]
